How to Use
Use about 1 tablespoon of loose yerba mate per 8 oz cup. Moisten the leaf with cool water first, then brew with hot (not boiling) water at about 170°F for 4 to 6 minutes in a tea infuser, French press, percolator, or a traditional gourd and bombilla. For iced mate, brew at double strength and pour over ice with a wedge of lemon. Store in a cool, dry place and reseal the bag after opening.
