Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship within the US.

We are aware of the demand for international shipping. We are working hard on expanding our shipping reach. Stay tuned for updates!

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Although we are sure you'll love the products we offer, sometimes things just go wrong. If you have received your item and it's unsatisfactory, reach out to us and we will do our best to help and make things right.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. Item(s) must be in original condition as you have received it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The payment will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  1. Please email CS@organicbasicfood.com to request a refund or exchange and we will assign you a RMA number.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include hygienic products, masks, and any other items that specifically state otherwise.

Restocking Fee

Items returned may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. During the return process, we will let you know of any potential restocking fees. Shipping and handling fees are excluded from the refund as well.

Exchanges

If the product(s) received is still sealed and in original condition, you may exchange it without being subject to a restocking fee. You will have to cover the return shipping though.

Payments

Accepted Methods of Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) and Paypal. We plan on offering other forms of payments soon which includes Amazon Pay, Venmo, and etc.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to properly reflect on your statement.

Shipping Policy

Some orders may be shipped in multiple shipments as parts of your order may come from different fulfillment centers, and may arrive via different carriers.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using USPS First Class method may not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. In the shopping cart and during the checkout stages, you will have the ability to calculate the shipping costs to your destination.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
