Orders
Browse our catalog of organic vitamins, supplements, and health products, then add items to your cart. When you are ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping address and payment details, review your order, and submit. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and estimated delivery date.
We process orders quickly to get your products to you as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us immediately at cs@organicbasicfood.com or call (201) 320-1406 and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer possible -- but you can initiate a return after delivery.
Log in to your account and navigate to Order History to see real-time status updates, including tracking information. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. Please note that some orders shipped via USPS First Class may not include a tracking number.
There is no minimum order amount. You can purchase as little as a single item. However, orders of $25 or more (after discounts, under 10 lbs) qualify for free standard shipping via USPS to the lower 48 states, so it is a great time to stock up on your favorites.
Not always. Some orders may ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive in multiple shipments via different carriers. You will receive separate tracking notifications for each shipment. If part of your order is on back order, we will ship the available items first and send the rest when they become available -- at no additional shipping charge to you.
Shipping
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders of $25 or more (after discounts) that weigh under 10 lbs, shipped via USPS to the 48 contiguous US states. Orders over 10 lbs or below the $25 threshold will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
We ship via USPS and UPS (typically UPS SurePost or UPS Ground). Some UPS SurePost shipments are handed off to USPS for the final leg of delivery, which may add a slight delay during the transition. The carrier is selected based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Transit times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Standard USPS delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. UPS Ground is generally 3-5 business days. Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout.
If any item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items first and send the remaining items in a separate shipment at no additional shipping charge.

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands.

When a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information and send you an email notification. You can also view tracking information in Order History within your account.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 60 calendar days of your purchase date. Items must be in their original condition as received and undamaged. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. For credit card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
To start a return or exchange:
1. Email cs@organicbasicfood.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will assign you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
2. Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.

Items returned may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We will let you know about any potential restocking fees during the return process. Shipping and handling fees are excluded from the refund.

Yes. If the product is still sealed and in its original condition, you may exchange it without being subject to a restocking fee. You will need to cover the return shipping unless the exchange is required due to an error on our part. Email cs@organicbasicfood.com to begin the exchange process.
Yes. Certain items cannot be returned once opened, including hygienic products, masks, and any other items that specifically state otherwise on the product page. Additionally, items that are damaged by the customer or returned after 60 calendar days are not eligible for a refund.

Click the Sign In link at the top of any page and select Create New Account. Enter your name, email address, and a secure password. Once registered, you will have access to order tracking, order history, saved addresses, and a faster checkout experience.
Click Sign In, then select Forgot?. Enter the email address associated with your account and you will receive a password reset link via email. The link expires after 24 hours for security. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Yes, you can complete your purchase without creating an account. However, creating a free account gives you benefits like order tracking, order history, saved addresses for faster checkout, and access to exclusive deals and offers.
You can subscribe to our mailing list from the footer of any page. To manage your subscription or unsubscribe, log in to your account and go to Mailing List under your account settings. Subscribe to receive exclusive offers -- new subscribers save 10% on their entire first order!

While "organic" is central to our name and mission, not every product we carry is certified organic. We curate a wide range of products including certified organic, non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, keto, dairy-free, soy-free, and other specialty items. Each product page clearly lists all certifications, dietary attributes, and ingredients so you can make informed choices.
We carry a large selection of product categories including vitamins and nutritional supplements, personal care and beauty products, pet health products, specialty diet foods, essential oils, herbal teas, organic snacks, and more. We are adding new products consistently, so check back often!
Yes! We discount our products regularly. Check our Deals page for current monthly promotions and our Clearance section for deeply discounted items. New subscribers to our mailing list also receive 10% off their entire first order.
Yes. We strive to provide quality products at the lowest possible prices. If you see a lower price elsewhere for the same product, get in touch with us and we will do our best to match it.

Payment & Security
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. Additional payment methods such as Venmo and Amazon Pay are coming soon.
Yes. We utilize a 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate to encrypt all of your data while shopping and browsing. All transactions are processed through Authorize.net, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. Your card information is encrypted in transit and we never store your full card number. We also employ system-wide monitoring to keep our site secure.
Sales tax is collected where required by state and local law. The applicable tax amount is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Tax rates vary by delivery address.
Your credit card is authorized at the time of checkout and charged when your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages from different fulfillment centers, you may see separate charges, but you will never be charged more than your order total.
