How to Use
Clear nasal passages by gently blowing your nose before using.
Before first use, remove the clear cap and prime the pump until the solution is dispensed.
Insert nozzle into nostril, breathe in through your nose, and spray 1 to 2 times in each nostril four to five times daily until symptoms subside.
Clean nozzle after each use and replace the safety cap.
Use by only one person. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant/nursing, taking blood-thinning medications, or have a bleeding disorder.
