How to Use
Gently blow your nose to clear the nasal passageway. Before first use, remove the clear cap and prime the pump by holding it upright and pumping until the solution dispenses. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, depress the pump completely while breathing in, and spray one to two times per nostril, four to five times per day until symptoms subside. Clean the nozzle and replace the safety cap after each use. For single-user use only — sharing the bottle may spread infection. Keep out of reach of children.
