How to Use
Blend the yeast directly with flour and other dry ingredients, avoiding direct contact with salt or sugar before mixing. Add warm liquid at about 120 degrees F and continue with the recipe. Alternatively, dissolve the yeast with 1/2 tsp sugar in 1/4 cup warm liquid at about 110 degrees F. Substitute one 0.32 oz (9g) packet for one standard 0.25 oz (7g) packet of dry yeast in any recipe.
