NOW Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate is a magnesium supplement built on patented Magtein, a magnesium L-threonate ingredient studied for brain and cognitive support. How to Use
Take 3 capsules daily, best in divided doses, with 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules two hours before sleep. Store in a cool, dry place after opening. For adults only; like other magnesium products, Magtein may cause initial sleepiness or headache, so reduce the dose or discontinue if this persists beyond one week.
