Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Probiotics Women's pH is a once-daily probiotic made for women, supporting digestive and vaginal health from a single vegetarian capsule. It delivers 50 billion CFU at expiration from 15 diverse strains in a complete 3X-action system of prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics.
The 170 mg Vaginal Health probiotic blend supplies 35 billion CFU Bifidobacteria and 15 billion CFU Lactobacilli, led by the clinically studied strains Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14 and Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001, which help support a healthy vaginal pH and a balanced yeast and bacteria environment. A 220 mg PreforPro prebiotic blend feeds those cultures, and a 50 mg upcycled postbiotic blend supports continued Bifidobacteria growth.
