Suggested use

As a dietary supplement for pregnant and lactating women, take four (4) tablets daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Other ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, choline bitartrate, fruit & vegetable juice (color), spirulina extract (color), vegetable glycerin, carnauba wax, mannitol. Contains soy.
