NOW CoQ10 400 mg Softgels deliver 400 mg of all-trans Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) per serving — the highest CoQ10 strength in NOW's lineup. Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like compound the body uses for cellular energy production, and it is naturally concentrated in energy-intensive tissues such as the heart, liver, and kidneys, where levels gradually decline with age.
This higher-dose softgel suspends fermentation-produced, all-trans CoQ10 — the same form the body makes — in an organic extra virgin olive oil base, paired with 35 mg of sunflower lecithin and 20 mg of vitamin E (as soy-free d-alpha tocopherol) per serving. The olive oil and the phospholipids in sunflower lecithin help disperse the fat-soluble CoQ10, and both CoQ10 and vitamin E are antioxidant compounds. The bottle holds 60 softgels for 60 single-softgel servings.

How to Use
