Overview
Jarrow Formulas QH-absorb + PQQ is a 60-softgel dietary supplement that combines 100 mg Kaneka Ubiquinol CoQ10 — the active antioxidant form of CoQ10 shown to be better absorbed — with 10 mg PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt) per serving. Together, these two antioxidants are involved in mitochondrial biogenesis — the creation of new mitochondria — and the cellular energy production that takes place inside them.
The QH-absorb delivery system suspends the ubiquinol in medium-chain triglycerides from coconut oil together with sunflower lecithin — a lipid matrix that supports absorption of the fat-soluble ubiquinol. The 60-softgel bottle holds 60 one-softgel servings, about a one- to two-month supply.
This supplement is Non-GMO, gluten-free, and made without major allergens; the softgel uses a bovine gelatin shell, so it is not vegetarian.

How to Use
Adults take 1 softgel 1-2 times a day with a meal — taking it with a meal that contains fat supports absorption of the ubiquinol — or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
