How to Use
Pour : 8oz freshly brewed boiled water over tea bag. Cover & Steep : The hot water will penetrate the herbs and extract the beneficial compounds inside. Steep for 5-15 minutes (It's worth the wait). Squeeze & Remove : When the steeping time is done, remove the lid and gently squeeze the tea bag to maximum extractions. Sip & Relax
