How to Use
Kettle Directions: To Prepare, simply empty packet into bowl, add about 1/2 -2/3 cup (125-150 ml) of boiling water or as desired and stir. Microwave Directions: Empty packet into bowl. Add about 2/3 cup (150 ml) of water and stir. Cook on HIGH for about 75 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Stir and serve immediately. Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats Ingredients: 1 packet of Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal 2/3 cup of your choice of milk 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 2 tbsp Qia® superfood Breakfast Topper Toppings Small handful of apple chunks and walnut pieces Pinch of cinnamon Directions Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container in the fridge overnight. Before eating add toppings then enjoy!
