Overview
Our pasta is made with only two ingredients—durum semolina flour and water. We use traditional bronze dies to cut our pasta creating grooves that grab every drop of sauce. This corkscrew shaped pasta captures and holds onto sauce in each of its turns and curves, and is best served with a thick sauce.

How to Use
Use 6 quarts of water for each pound of pasta Bring to a boil Toss in a pinch of salt Add pasta to boiling water Stir occasionally Cook for 9-11 minutes and drain Serve with your favorite Rao's Homemade sauce
