Available in easy-to-swallow vegetable derived capsules for maximum assimilation/absorption and for a truly vegetarian/vegan formula.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. The daily amount of milk thistle extract that is supported by research, not FDA for liver detoxification and antioxidant protection, ranges from 280 to 420 mg, depending on the concentration of silymarin. It is not the amount of milk thistle extract in each capsule that is significant, but rather the amount of the active constituent, silymarin.
